The Buyer expressly undertakes that, as a result of the delayed delivery of the goods or a different method of delivery of the goods, he waives any other means of recovering the costs incurred, the purchase price paid and the delivery costs paid, such as, for example, claims for damages in the form of civil actions and the like, but retains all other minimum rights in accordance with the provisions of Articles 23 and 24 of the Consumer Protection Act. We will dispatch all products in stock within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order. We do not dispatch goods on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
